So thankful for Blackbird RV! We found Blackbird when we needed someone to re-do a job that another company had botched. That company’s work caused our RV kitchen to flood. We called Blackbird and the tech was so attentive and did excellent work. Everyone who has worked on our RV since then has been friendly, knowledgeable, and gets the job done right. And everyone in the office is helpful and responsive. As long as we’re RVers, we will be Blackbird customers.

These 2 gentleman are awesome! I have a 32 Class A mobile home that they quickly diagnosed the problems and better yet fixed everything. They also gave me some great advice for future use with the generator. My wife and I work and live in Tomball. We would not hesitate to recommend Blackbird RV repair to anyone needing their MH worked on. The price for all the repairs was less than I was expecting and the service was much more than I was expecting. My hat is off to these 2.

Chris rocks. He came out to our RV exactly when promised — twice, once for a temporary fix and a second time for a permanent fix once the needed step motor was received. He worked directly with my insurance company. He was very pleasant, professional, and proficient. Great job, Chris!

We are full time for work so when we actually get to a place for more than a week, we try to get everything done. I called Chris even though he was a little far from us because he had the best reviews I could find. (We've had our share of iffy or down right incompetent mobile techs). We had our rear AC replaced under an extended warranty and our convection microwave replaced under ANOTHER extended warranty. He did both in 2 weeks. He was very professional and helpful throughout the whole thing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had an RV step that would not retract properly, and the motor made a disturbing grinding sound. Chris came out promptly at the time we agreed upon, quickly assessed the problem, and put in a used motor for us so that we could use the steps while the new motor was shipped. Once the motor was received, Chris again arrived at the agreed to time, and fixed the problem. He worked directly with my insurance company. The whole interaction with Chris was smooth, seamless, professional, and very pleasant.

I cannot say enough positive great things about this company. I am a first time user of an RV or camper. I purchased a used camper and obviously had a few problems. I'm in Tomball and I've used these guys twice. Both times Chris the son fixed our problems the same day. I called and he was out to my camp site within 10 minutes. Found my parts needed and came back very soon. He repaired both electrical problem and an AC problem. Prices and service are fantastic. He could probably charge more for the quick response time and quality of repairs. I would highly recommend this company over and over again. Thank you Chris.

I live full time in my 5th wheel RV and Chris with BlackBird RV was a real-life saver for me. I had a technician (from another company) come and install a new fan on an A/C that worked fine. After he put in the new fan my A/C no longer cooled. This was on a Thursday, on Friday the "other" tech came out again, $314 later....and said I needed a new A/C :( and then he leaves for the weekend and says he will call me Monday. People....it gets really, really, hot in Texas in August and more so in an RV but this other guy didn't seem to care. Soooo, I tried cooling off my RV with my non-ducted bedroom unit and it started leaking water so I was out of A/C all together. I was more than miserable (and so were my fur babies). Found BlackBird RV's listing and gave Chris a call. He answered my call immediately listened to the problems I was having with both units. If you have ever had to call out a "mobile" RV repair in the summer you will know they stay very busy. He said he would try to squeeze me in between committed calls that he already had that day and he did just that! Within a couple of hours, he was at my place, he got me up and running with the non-ducted A/C by fixing the water leak so we could at least use that one (and I finally got a good night sleep) until he could get my new A/C unit in. And the next day he had my new unit installed!!! He followed up that evening with a text wanting to know if I was happy and if everything was done to my satisfaction. He was professional, did what he said he would do and polite as they come and very reasonably priced. I can't thank him enough.... if I ever need service again I won't hesitate to call him. Chris came out today 5/3/18 and was very professional and methodical in his assessments. Everything requested is now working plus he answered a few other questions for me. Blackbird RV is now programmed in my phone. They are my preferred service provider. THANKS FOR THE HELP and the very reasonable charges.

I can't say enough great things about this company!
First of all, I called at 7:30 at night and they answered! Secondly, they were out to our house first thing in the morning the next day!!
They were so knowledgeable with everything "RV" and went above and beyond to make sure they fixed our issue and addressed any other questions we had!!!
They didn't rush to just get the job done, they took their time and were very thorough!!
If you are an experienced or inexperienced RV owner, you know how quickly something can go wrong and these are the guys to get you back up and moving on down the road!!!

They had someone out to me in less than 4 hours and had my a/c unit fixed in 30 minutes. I called other companies that just wanted to replace the unit instead of investigating the problem.
